It revolves around nutritional approaches that have been scientifically proven to be effective as well as training strategies that have been tried and tested throughout the years.

Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. I get to improve lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding.

My passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

I've been hardly working out at the gym since 2010 but I wasn't consistent enough and I lacked knowledge on how to gain weight and muscles. All I know was just to spend time working out and to give my 100% effort to gain strength, and muscles.

 

When I started my job at sea, I didn't have enough gym access because of my work so, body weight exercises was the only way for me to stay fit and maintain my healthy lifestyle.

Come 2018, I still looked the same as I did when I started years ago. I decided to train with Coach Niño for 10 months. At that short period of time, I followed his exercise routines designed for me specifically with proper nutrition guided by him as well. This was the only time I learned about how to properly fuel yourself for training. He taught me the correct form on how to safely execute each exercise as well as progress from light to heavy loads. I was injury free for 10 months while also lifting weight I have never been able to lift before.

One of the valuable things I learned from him is that working out and gaining muscles are not about making myself too exhausted all the time, its about learning how to properly program when to push yourself and when to hold back or rest.

It's about 100% commitment and a Coach that will guide you to enjoy your everyday progress. Coach Niño was always there to push me to progress further every day. Sometimes I didn't feel like working out but he would always adjust my training so it was not too much for me during those times.  As you can see in the picture(left) was my January 2018 before I started my training with Coach Niño. I weighed 70kg/154lbs. After 10 months of Consistent Training, and with proper nutrition and programming guided by Coach Niño, I gained weight to support the needs of my muscles and cut back down to 75kg/165lbs(right). DO I NEED TO HAVE COMPLETE EQUIPMENT FOR ME TO START YOUR PROGRAM?

Having trained men and women for several years, bodyweight exercises and minimal equipment can already produce amazing results. Muscles respond to tension and it doesn't care whether it's in the form of barbells, resistance bands or bodyweight exercises.

It is easy to target different body parts by just altering exercise positions while using your body weight to provide the tension needed for your muscles to develop.

Through this, I've been able to get my clients the results they want even without access to a gym.

IM A BEGINNER AND WONDERING IF I'M READY FOR ONLINE COACHING. IM WORRIED THAT THIS WILL BE TOO HARD FOR ME. DO YOU COACH BEGINNERS?

Yes I do! Don’t worry! Even if you have no experience with exercise or have no experience with nutrition, I’ll be able to help, assist and educate you with my online coaching program. I will personalize a program for you that will accomodate your fitness level and assist you with your nutritional needs along the way

WHAT SETS YOU ASIDE FROM OTHER TRAINERS

I don't just tell my clients what to do and then leave them hanging. I have a passion in teaching and educating my clients on what we do and our process whether it's in training or nutrition. I want them to know why they do what they do. I don't just tell them to blindly "Trust My Process" and leave them with unanswered questions, but rather explain to them how their journey is going to pan out and guide them as we go through it.

HOW ARE YOUR PROGRAMS DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS

Although my programs are mostly guided by scientific principles, research and experience, no program will be the same for each individual. I make sure to create programs for you based on your specific goal/sport, lifestyle, and schedule.
